At the November 11th Prosper's City Council met to decisions regarding future proposals concerning Prosper Real Estate as well as the possible banning of use of cell phones in all school zones .The ban on cell phone use was tabled until a future meeting.What are you thoughts?Many cities in the DFW metroplex are adopting this new law to make sure all drivers eyes in school zones are on the children in cross walks and children getting on and off buses ect.The new law if passes will ban phone texting or phone conversation on a cell phone in all Prosper ISD school zones.
