I feel the winds of change - in the Raleigh Real Estate Market

This past week for the 1st time in about a year 75% of my listings have been shown. Wow!

In a variety of price ranges.

Real Live Buyers are starting to view properties again.

With gas prices going down.

Interest rates going down.

$7500 tax credit for 1st time home buyers.

Some will say that you can't feed your family with "Hope" but without "Hope" you can't persevere!
