One important piece of information that sellers want is the feedback from other agents and clients that have viewed their property. When I first became an agent, I use to call the agent and hope to get responses. Now that I've joined the 21st century, I have all of that automated by a website that I use to keep track of all the contacts, emails, and feeback. Makes life so much easier.
