Spillin my gut's in Class about FSBO's

I spent 20 minutes last night reading out of my journal for my Catholic Traditions class, most of it was what I do every day. Call FSBO's, I talked about how its a numbers game and most of the FSBO's list with a Realtor eventually and we all know it. So I'm going on and on about this and the looks went pure Horror, to belief. My entire class was looking at me like some big ass at first, then they understood, and then they got it. It made sense to everyone there, I even had people come up and tell me they would list with me if they were selling. Hopefully something will materialize out of it, that's all.

Our changing times do not allow for people to wait for the ring and pick up the phone to a willing client. Pursuing what you want is not a new concept, but it certainly is the long and narrow road. Funny thing is, this is the only road that leads where you want to be.

Brady - Good luck with your FSBO's. I would have liked to have been in that class. I love talking to FSBO's but have a very low conversion rate.

Sarah, Thanks for the comment your right. It is paying off, I think I picked up a buyer and a Realtor who is unhappy with her company!!!!

Robert, thanks and I have a very low conversion rate also, I have done about 1 a year, I am hitting it alot harder this year and think I have 2 so far, I will keep it up though, I don't have anything to keep me away from it. Brady

I done a few inspections on FSBO this year and must say they would have been better off hiring professional to help them sell they homes.

Frank, almost every fsbo I go to is overpriced. I don't know why but there like a whole different class of people. I will keep trying though. Brady
