With all the national attention on the real estate market being negative agents must keep a positive attitude.  This is the greatest time ever to be in real estate.  It is proving the best agents and weeding out the rest.  It is a great time for your clients that are looking for value in buying a home.  Home sales are still happening they are just at more reasonable rates.  Agents are having to work hard to close deals but the ones that close are much more satisfying.  I've gotten my buyers great prices they love me for it.  Homes that are in top condition and are priced right are selling fast and for good money.  This is a time when quality homes and agents start to shine.  I'm exicted about our economy being a younger person its a great time to buy a home, get involved in the stock market and I can afford to buy gas again.  Life is good
