Not to be "stereotypical", but, that's California for ya, always cutting edge!
Susan, who's her hairdresser? I'd like to schedule an appointment... I will not be outdone! LOL
Debi
Susan, I had that same hairdo this morning. I wonder who did the chickens?
I think this little guy is adorable. There are lots of unusual chickens wandering around Fair Oaks, including two with this same "hairdo". I often stop by the park with some wild bird food for them, and now whenever I enter the park, I am surrounded by dozens of chickens. Our office faces this park, and on summer days, if we leave the front door open, the chickens walk right in. They're fun to watch, but better kept outside, for obvious reasons.
Susan, That is a chicken with an attitude! Love the way she works it...:)
The Muppets are in town! <<<smile>>> That is definitely one strutting bird!
That is really funny! I like all animals, including chickens. This is just rockin' the 'tude though!
My poodle could whip your chicken but you got a whole flock, she would probably run. LOL Great picture!
haha... Now that's one heck of a hairstyle. You think it's hers or is she wearing a wig? :)
Susan: This Wordless thing is very cool. Love the photographs. I'll have to dig deep for my wordless wonder. ;-)
Susan, in Arroyo Grande, CA, there is a chicken family that lives in the creek above the trees. The creek runs downtown so the City employees get to hear the roosters crowing all day! It's crazy.

My youthful days were spent in the midst of chickens, so I can identify with all your beauties, especially the one in the lower left corner -- LOL.
Oh my gosh Susan: Too funny! I've met a lot of people who like to strut their stuff, but this is the first time I've met King Strutt. I love this picture...big smiles
