Current systems like, Top Producer, Gold Mine, Act, Salesforce.com, etc are used mostly for contact management(clients birthdays, anniversaries, phones numbers, email addresses, etc) and much less for task management(option period, inspection schedule, closing, etc) Our research has found that 90% of users of these systems spend the majority of their time with contact management.
