A BIG 'Thanks!' to the agents and staff of Windermere Peninsula Properties in Allyn WA for enduring participating in our meeting this morning!

Richard Bell, Managing Broker of Windermere Peninsula Properties (with two offices serving the North Mason market - Allyn and Belfair) is a member of ActiveRain, along with several of his agents, including Dinah Lee Griffey, Valerie Spaulding, and Michelle Roethle. I had commented on one of Richard's posts a couple weeks ago, and our dialog turned into an opportunity for me to visit their office and talk with their agents about Web 2.0, Social Media, Blogging, and ActiveRain.

Along for the ride was my trusty companion and SoundBiteBlog Sidekick, Buckwheat (aka Mark Flanders).

If you're part of the NWMLS in the greater Seattle area, and would like to host an ActiveRich invasion, give me a call!

Hi Rich...  How do I get you to Dallas?  You come here and I'll get you the audience.  I might even trade you FF Miles to get here for A|R points on a one-for-one basis!  :)  Deal?

Hi Rich, Glad you are able to get out more, LOL. This a neat idea. It is one I have thought of doing and going to offices outside of my immediate marketing area and helping people join ActiveRain and being there to guide them through the beginning processes. Signing people up only works if the sponsor helps them to get started and encourages them along the way. I used to go to offices when I was an officer of the association and I enjoyed meeting and knowing so many of our professionals in the field.

Hi Rich, something really neat happened late today. I got my newsletter from Activerain and noticed that your Windemere sidekick, Mark Flanders post was there. I went to the bottom thinking to leave a comment and I located someone that is a friend that I had lost track of and a new ActiveRain member. I hadn't realized that Mark's post was written in 2007 about his comeback from his accident and the  last two commenter's  I guess didn't realize it either. But it sure was cool finding this real estate author of now a couple real estate books. Naturally I left her a message and a comment on her post.

Brad:   I simply assumed that you were out spreading the AR cheer to offices and businesses throughout the Bay Area! It's not the same without you, Buddy!

Rich, sounds like you are doing a great job spreading the word. Would you be interested in coming to our office sometime and talking about AR? How many people would you want to be there?
