The Real Estate Market is talking to everyone. If you can't hear it and you can't see it then you must be living on the MOON. With the change in the interest rates to a level not seen in many years, it could not be a better time to buy real estate then NOW. First time home buyer wake up, if you are look for the big deal I guarantee you will miss it, if you haven't already. Investors, you should be working the market like a hungry animal looking for your next meal. Home owners looking to upgrade, it could not be a better time than now. May be some day I will build my DREAM HOUSE; the land may never any cheaper than now. What I am trying to tell you is this. If you have any interest in the REAL ESTATE MARKET and you are not actively working it right now I will guarantee you will be talking about it when it is too late. How many times have you kick yourself in the --------- when you waited to long to make a move and it passed you right by.
