My husband pointed this youtube video out to me and said "The man is brilliant." I echo that sentiment.
For anyone that is still confused over the difference between the words bail out and bridge loan, or who wonders what will happen to human lives and our national economy if a bridge loan isn't approved, please watch the video. I have yet to see or hear anyone explain it as well as Thaddeus McCotter.

Kris - this man makes more sense than anyone else I've heard. Incredible. I think maybe he's too smart to be in Congress...maybe in 4 more years???
Thaddeus is a man of wisdom, I head him on WJR the other morning and appreciate what he has to say. I have no clue what will happen, but if it doesn't pass, Mi will be like a third world country, IMO.

I watched the whole video and became more sober as it progressed. Made my stomach sick thinking about more fallouts if something doesn't happen or if the money doesn't go here or there.

Greg: We'll find out this week I think...I can't imagine Congress will let this go until the new administration is sworn into office. It would be a catastrophe, not only for Michigan but for the whole country.
Kris, I am so amazed, how articulate, informative and great delivery. Never heard of him before. BTW part of the reason I have had the news shut off since prior to the election. I was tired of the same old talking heads spewing their Propaganda...My sentiments were the same as the Congressman's.
Endre: I've added myself to Congressman McCotters email update list and hope to receive more news from him. He is amazing isn't he? Even though he doesn't represent my district I find I am drawn to him and his no-nonsense approach to a serious issue that affects all of us.
