Norfolk - In the City's continued effort to ensure the residents of Norfolk fully participate in the budget process, a Community Question and Answer session on the City Manager's 2008 Proposed Budget will be held on Saturday, April 28 at 9 a.m. at Norview High School, 6501 Chesapeake Blvd.  At this session, attendees will receive additional information on the budget and have an opportunity to ask specific questions of staff regarding the budget.  The session is in response to residents who want more opportunity to understand the budget and explore detailed program and project information prior to the City Council public hearings on the FY2008 Budget and Real Estate Tax Rate.
