Does anyone use Facebook or Myspace as a source for generating buyer/seller leads?
In my recent blog post, I noted that I had received and closed my first lead from ActiveRain. So far, when considering effort versus rewards, ActiveRain wins. I have spent a lot of time and a lot of effort using the sites Myspace and Facebook to help in generating leads of potential buyers and sellers. But I haven't yet received any bonifide lead from either Facebook or Myspace. So, note to self, spend more time on ActiveRain!!!
