Active Rain - Actively Referring Website

Today, I received a phone call from an agent in Orlando, Florida.  He is currently working with a client who has a property to sell in Staten Island.  Through the Active Rain website he was able to call me and ask if I would like to work a referral with him.  Of course, I was only too happy to hear from him.  In these slow times what better way to get business than to refer to our fellow realtors.  I am happy to say that this is my second referral through Active Rain.  I will keep on blogging and hope to send referrals to other realtors in other parts of the country. Thank you Active Rain for the great exposure!
