With all of this talk tonight about buying presents it made us think about how we listen to each other.
How do we listen to our clients?
Our Team brings in our potential clients for a Buyer or Seller consultation and we ask then a series of questions. We ask our Buyers what they are looking for and what they want.
AND we listen to what they tell us. Last January we were able to find the PERFECT house for a couple we were working with - just by asking questions and really listening to what they were telling us. We found this couple their house and only went shopping three times.
Finding out what your clients really want and need is alot like buying the perfect gift - all you have to do is listen to them. They will tell you what they want and need!
