Gilbert, Arizona - What a Place to Live!
I have seen recently reports on TV as well as the internet that Gilbert, Arizona is one of the safest, best places to live. I want to add my conviction to that.
My family and I moved here from Mesa, Arizona(only about 20 miles away) close to about 5 years ago. We have loved it here ever since we moved. New stores, schools, freeways, malls, and the like have built up around us. So, the convenience factor is definitely there. Safety - This is HUGE! We live in a friendly family oriented community that just feels safe. CNN Money.com stated in an article that, 1 in 1000 people experienced a Personal Crime Incident. That is half of what other Best Places averages were.
Gilbert is near and part of the Phoenix Metropolitan area. But, it has that smaller feel to the town. In fact, Gilbert is still a town, not a city.
I am not knocking the other neighboring cities, including Mesa where I was born and raised. However, my family and I have chosen to stay right here. I like the environment we live and work in.
