I would like to have a business plan that has motivation built in.

So many times we make our business plans, but never follow through.  I need some good ideas on how to keep this business plan plastered in front of my face.

Thanks for reading this,

Hi Jeannette; I started laughing when I read your comment about a biz plan with built in motivation. If you find one that works - especially the motivation, then share it with me!!  Actually think being on AR helps with the motivation. :)

Any business plan will work as long as it is followed which is the hard part.

Hi Jeanette,

What about using a partner. Make each other accountable for meeting goals. If nothing else, maybe they can keep you motivated even if you didn't meet the goal to help keep you on track! OR, find your motivation (built in, as you said) in getting something for your grandbaby or whatever your motivation may be for you or someone else. Maybe you want to put $1000 in the next 6 mos in a college savings account for your grandbaby. Let that be your motivation to push forward. Or maybe your motivation may be to put money in your retirement account...whatever it may be, make it personal and stick with it! When you meet that goal, set a new one! (and don't forget to reward yourself for sticking with it.)

Hope this helps!

Teresa

Keep it simple, make a goal for your business, family, religion and recreation. Then make a plan to get each one done. Then make a five year and a ten year plan.
