Saw some ideas here for leasing houses in Johnson County. I have 8 of them that I can agree to lease/ purchase if you have someone who is interested. They range in price from upper $200's to the low $400's and are all located in a subdivision I developed in Olathe named Reserve at Prairie Highlands. If you have someone who is interested let me know as we just trying to reduce some expenses waiting for a better market. I will also deal on some 24 building lots I have some of which back to a golf course.
