- Pending 10 pending (inspections & financing have been done)
- Sold 7 sold
- New Listings 50
Active listings have decreased by 7% year to year, which is helpful for sellers in a shorter time to sell their home.
Both Pending listings and solds are fairly flat year to year. New listings are down by 25%, another good factor.
