Thank you to all of you who referred me business in 2008!

Even though the market has slowed down and its a serious buyers market, your referrals has help make this a record year for me. gift It was not the thousands I wasted on marketing this year but the kindness from those of you who referred me business that kept me busy this year till the end. As you know I am very appreciative and will always thank you for your referrals. THANK YOU, Thank you and yes I still belong to the relocation network and remember I can help you, your friends, or family locate good agents nationwide. Do not forget about me as your trusted real estate source and I look forward to helping many more in 2009.

DeAndrea- Which Relocation network are you taking about? Is there one here on Active Rain? I will like to know which one because I am defintely interested in joining. And if anyone is looking to buy or sell their house in Cheasepeake,VA I definitely know who to call. Have a great weekend. Great post.

Lanre- I mostly use AR and HouseValues but their are a few other networks I am part of.

DeAndrea- I see. Have you heard of www.marketleader.com? This is supposed to be a company that brought Realty Generator. I believe they also own House Values and Just listed. Have a great weekend. Great post.

DeAndrea, that is great news. We have not used any referral systems to this point, but are looking into them for next year.

I have a Market Leader Subscription thru Justlisted/Housevalues. Ive had it since about 2006.

My experience is HouseValues is mostly a sham. Poor quality and poor leads... but that is my experience.

However 84% of my sales this year are referrals... one on one, one client at a time... quality is high, conversion is high and one leads to another ;)
