I looked up the multiple listing for residential sales (homes that settled ) in November 2008.This does not include commercial,and multi units. It is subject to errors and omissions.
There were 8 homes that settled. Here is the information.
1. There were 3 sales in Stover Mill : A 3 bedroom listed at $214,900 sold in 63 days for $150,000. It was a short sale.
2. A 3 bedroom listed at $219,900 sold for $210,000 in 7 days
3. 3 bedroom home listed at $225,000 sold for $219,900 in 44 days
4.In Country Crossing there was a two bedroom second floor unit that sold for $240,000 in 102 days
5.In Windrush a two bedroom townhouse sold for $276,000. in 185 days They were asking $314,900
6.A single house in Orchard Valley sold for $360,000 with $10k seller assist in 52 days
7.In Hidden Pond a single house sold for $400,000 in 208 days.They were asking $434,900
8.In Warwick estates a home sold for $410,000 with $4k assist. Asking price was $409,900. It was a ranch and it sold in 4 days.
