I have a situation where my buyer wants to purchase a property and the seller will do a wrap around finance.

I have advised my client to seek the advice of a real estate attorney, prior to executing a contract on this property.

Have any of you ever dealt with a wrap around

Hi Richard... I had a Turkey Wrap for lunch but it involved no special financing.

I think that it may have something to do with the Public Relations firm that the Chicken Growers trade association hired.  But I could be wrong.
