You've spent all that time bringing consumers, what happens when those consumers are in the beginning stage, say 6-8 months away from buying a house.  How do you retain that prospect as a customer?  How do you build and keep a relationship with a long term lead?

Blogging is one great tool and so is social networking.  I think there might just be another way if you wanna jump on a progressive bandwagon.  I'll throw it at ya...it's quirky, it's got some kinks, but also a huge amount of potential for someone who wants to pick up the ball and run with it.

Are you listening?  O.k.  lean in and I'll tell you.

Rosie the real estate widget?  Think about it.

Crush the Box.  Somebody's gonna do it and it should be you.

Rebecca--I think this could be a great idea...better than those maintenance postcards and cheaper too!

Team DiMura- Thank you, please do.

Teri- Thank you....my boyfriend just asked me if I was looking into coders for this idea and I said heck no I passed it on for my real estate friends to take the ball and roll with.

There are so many ideas and just so much time, you know.  I think it would rock because it would provide a shelf life, longevity, and has the potential to be viral.  It also retains the prospects you worked to bring to your website/blog.

Utility plus Brand= Great Marketing.

Real estate agents are marketers:-)

"Frigedness in the refrigerator..."-I LOVE IT!

I might use utterli, but it may cause me to break out into song, and I do NOT sing opera, or anything else very well, for that matter!

Steve,

I know, right?:-)  That's as unscripted as I can get, pretty much.  Just was looking to have an off the cuff conversation.  The first word that came to mind was frigidity but it just wasn't gonna roll of my tongue- lol.

I'd give a nickle to hear you break into song.

Steve- Thank you I really appreciate that.  I want to urge real estate professionals to realize with marketing, the sky (and your success) is truly the only limit- so it's limitless.  Think and Dream BIG.:-)
