In my experience, those are the two best options we as Realtors have available to us at the present time if we're looking for something innovative. I've been aware of One True Media but haven't as yet used them for a property virtual tour. I'll have to give it a try.
Stuart - I have been using an Animoto Pro account and have really liked it. I have had to adjust the speed down to 1/2 which really makes it more viewable when I am featuring the interior of homes. The Pro product for the money is VERY hard to beat especially with the embed feature because they absorb all the bandwidth.
By now, I'm sure you're doing quite well with your business but there are a few things I'd like to point out. One true media branding is still a bit unprofessional. I see a lot of realtors using it and I don't think it looks professional to have the watermark.
Animoto is fantastic tool, but it still doesn’t help you plug into all of your social marketing, capture leads or support e-commerce. I love Animoto and use it on a regular basis, but there is still more marketing to do. It’s time we make our videos work a little harder. You don't want to rely on just YouTube to market your software, you want to broadcast on multiple video channels, and make the actual videos turn into 24 hour video assistants that allow your users to share – like – and join. We’re all used to these kind of plug-ins, but not enough of us are using them for our videos. I’ve given you just a few links, but I have several. I can tell you where to get voiceover talent for your videos for just $10, or we can talk about other social training tools. Here are a few great tools.
Easy Video Converter will create video web pages and put opt-in links in your videos;
Instant Video Uploader will load your video to multiple video broadcasting channels;
Easy Video Press Finally, an easy way to add video to your Wordpress into a marketing assistant.

I'm glad I found this post. I've been having a miserable time with animoto. Uncooperative is an understatement. I just posted a blog literally trashing them....and I've never posted a blog to trash a specific company before - after over 700 blogs on AR.
