And for all you guys out there, dont forget to go to the doctor and have a finger stuck in your butt too! (I cant believe we actually pay for that!) All kidding aside, Prostate exams are as important as Mamograms!
Hey Rob - yes, the prostate exam is very important. Simple blood test screening..and of course the digit test . Thanks for stopping by :)

This is what I need. This is the year I'm supposed to have my first mammography. I'll now be 41 less than 2 weeks and I still haven't done it. I'm NOT looking forward to it! But this would give me the incentive to get it done.
