We are excited to announce to the Realtor community that we are gearing up for the launch of our 2009 National Short Sale Coaching Club, beginning January 12th of next year. In the wake of our invitation to speak on Sunday, November 9th, at the 2008 NAR Conference in Orlando, which was standing room only, we have received many requests from Realtors, NAR officials and other national and state associations, including national brokerages, to help prepare their Agents for 2009 by providing continued education and support in what is considered to be the hottest topic in our industry. As a result, this coaching club will be our 6th program to launch since 2006 and, not only have we added extra coaching assistance, which consist of our most experienced coaching members, we’ve also made the necessary modifications to the format of the coaching program to really focus and place a lot of extra emphasis on the Short Sale market in 2009. It’s going to be exciting!
This email serves as your personal invitation to become a member of what will be THE elite and most advanced Short Sale Coaching Club of 2009 for Realtors in the United States. With the continued support of many national lenders, the National Association of Realtors, many national brokerages, and numerous national and state real estate associations, the members of the 2009 Short Sale Coaching Club will truly gain recognition as the most knowledgeable and well-trained Realtors working Short Sales in the market and building other real estate businesses. That’s right! This program isn’t just about Short Sales. It’s about building a great business, while taking advantage of your greatest strengths!
