What a time we are in!  For you "old" real estate dogs like me what do you think?  In my 21 years I have seen lots of situations but I will admit this time is a little different.  It is different, but it will end the same.  End the same meaning REAL ESTATE WILL REBOUND!  I do not know how long it will take, I dont know when it will be, but REAL ESTATE WILL RISE AGAIN!  Throughout history it always has.

A few things as agents we should do is HELP THE PEOPLE THAT NEED HELP.  I am starting to work with clients on Loan modifications.  It may or may not net many money right now today, but it is building the relationship for down the road.

If loan modification doesnt work I might now a perfect canidate for a short sale.  The goal is to help the client out of bad situation and hopefully put them into position for another day.  Get them into position to buy or sell when they get back together.

BUYER OPPORTUNITY ON BANK OWNED SELLS IS HOT!  There are great opporunities in the market place today.  We see many opportunities IN ALL PRICE RANGES!  We see Bank Repo's from $1,000,000 to $100,000.
