ok, I miss living in MN... until you trot out the fact that snow needs to be shoveled. When I had my Ramcharger, it was the responsibility of each tenant to shovel the snow in their own parking spot. I happened to be in the spot closest to the door when it snowed the first time. I was paying for a plug-in spot (and this one was). I NEVER shoveled it and needed 4wd to get in and out, but I never lost my spot, either...
