Fred, when I was writing this post today I noticed a foreclosure in there for $60,000.  I of course don't know what shape it is in but it sounds like a deal for someone.

Marchel - love the photos!  Just curious, what sizes are you using when you are doing the "appearance" ,etc. and uploading them?  I'm still having trouble getting that many on there and at the right size, etc.  Any suggestions you could give? Thanks again!

DEBBIE, Typically I don't show quite as many homes but this particular subdivision has homes built in the 1970's, 1980's and 1990's and they have such a wide variety of architecture all in one subdivision.  Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words.

JEFF and LISA,  I have them sized at 300 and then I think the other size is 225 (I'm not sure as when I put in the 300 the other size changes).  I put them on using tables.  If you send me an email I will be glad to share the directions with you.  Karen Rice from PA shared how to do it with me.

Marchel - You do a great job! Thank you.  How is the Northhampton edition?  Isn't that pretty close to there?

Hi Marchel - Nice job featuring this subdivision.  It looks like one can get a big bang for the buck in Willow Forest.  Does your price range of $87,000 - $130,000's include the Royce Homes in that last section?  Also...a curiosity question, are/were these homes in your post your listings?  I ask because I feel somewhat intrepid just snapping pictures of homes when I don't know the owners.  I hope you have a Super Sunday :-)

JEFF AND LISA, Thanks!  I think if I was going to live anywhere else beside where I live (Coventry) it would be Northampton.  It is fairly close to Willow Forest.  It appears it is about time for me to write another post about Northampton

GAIL, The Royce homes would be at the high end of the sales prices.  These are not my listings.  I added a blurb at the very end "Photos are for illustration purposes only and do not necessarily represent current or past listings.".

Marchel...great idea!  I had asked in a blog the other day if it was ethical to post pictures of houses on your blog that were not your personal listings.  I think what you've said is a very appropriate disclaimer.  All we are doing is promoting neighborhoods.  Nowhere does it say that they are all listed by us.  We are simply trying to show prospective buyers what different communities have to offer or look like. Thanks again Marchel!

KAREN, I had a very good instructor who taught me how to FINALLY do tables (lol).  I do appreciate you helping me with that.  I have kept your original email and often email it to help other people.  I actually just sent it to Jeff and Lisa who were the comment before yours.

Marchel - I'm sorry, but I'm very slow.  I am still working on the photo stuff....trial and error.  Do you use that HTML stuff, b/c I don't have a clue how to do that, but have always wondered.  Maybe you can give us some other quick pointers when you have time.  Thanks again Marchel!
