Can you find the problem?

sub panel

What's the problem with this electrical box? It is a sub panel in a detached workshop built in the last five years? There is no welding equipment or air compressors. Nothing that requires special wiring. Just electrical outlets, lights and switches.

Actually, since it is an outbuilding, there may be two problems.

What do you think?

Well Tom, you've got me intrigued too.

As one of your clients, I can tell Christina that she couldn't be more right.

Thanks again.

Just from a quick look from a limited view and info.

The panel is being back feed through the breakers, the ground and neutrals are not separated and since it is a out building it make need a ground rod.

It looks like a lot of exposure and possible out dated breakers, (are the breakers placed properly?)
