Gas Prices Going Up...? O'Fallon, Missouri

I don't get it. The oil prices are still going down, but gas prices jumped up 10 cents overnight in O'Fallon, Missouri.

Why?

Just when I think I'm beginning to understand how these things work, I get all mixed up again...

Is there a logical answer for this?
