More than anything else agents, brokers and lenders want this to be a good time to buy. In fact the national associations all have media saying this is a good time to buy. We even read and hear that it is a great time to buy.

But is it? Is it really a good time to buy? You can either listen to us give our opinions or join in with us on Friday, Decemer 5th at 2PM eastern, 11AM pacific for this one hour broadcast on BlogTalkRadio in conjunction with RealNowRadio.

I think it matters what part of the US you are in and if the talk of the feds lowering the interest to 4.5% are true. I am certainly going to tune in and look forward to a very educated discussion! (4-3)

Ken - As you know, I'll have to listen after it's recorded. I am having lunch with a fellow Rainer from Canada tomorrow! Per our phone conversation, the birthday thing I mentioned is NEXT Friday. Have a good one -

hey great show. Certainly some useful ammunition for those advising clients.

I found a lot of humor in the NAR crying wolf about "great time to buy." Good insight.
