Inspecting a new home is very crucial.  Most people buying new homes do not think that they should have an inspection, understandably so.  You would be amazed at some of the things that I find while inspecting new homes, even ones that are built by reputable home builders.  They contract everthing out and sometimes do not have the proper supervision.  I have found homes that had the roof installed wrong, the A/C systems not properly installed as well as the electrical panels not being installed properly or grounded.  So if you are wondering if you should have your new home inspected, the answer is definitely yes.

It's really up to you. If you're in this for Google Juice then posting everyday is a good thing and so are the points. If you're here just to network then posting everyday may not be the way to go. Networking on AR works better when you start reading and commenting on other Blogger's Blog Posts. One of the ways to avoid writer's block is not to keep posting and posting and posting. I've seen a lot of Blogger's burn out from that. It's important to pace yourself. I've been known to go several weeks without posting. I spend the time I would have spent writing networking. In my case networking means mouthing off and messing around with everyone around here :)
