How to hide in plain sight

By

This is different.

Click here to see how you can hide multiple lines of text, passwords, etc. in plain sight.

"Wow, that is pretty cool." you probably say but, why in the world would I want to do something like that?

Here's a reason the creator gives: "A simple scenario: you're the network administrator or run your own company and need to ask some questions on a forum, but on the other hand, you don't want the whole world to know what your problems are. They may sound stupid, they might contain some sensitive information: actually, you just don't want to look like an ass if someone googles you. Well, throw in your question with all necessary details in HideText and post it. And only the people really that need to read it - the forum readers that might help you out - will read it."

Makes sense to me plus I've always been a big fan of secret codes, puzzles, and things like that so this seemed especially cool to me.

Another great use for this tool is creating email signatures: Just use a hidden text link for your signature to save space and make your email's look cleaner.

Ah, there's so much cool stuff out there these days.  I remember when an earlier version of Windows had a flaw such that a software download would reveal passwords.  I saved a business owner once when her employee had changed a password when she quit.  Windows has gotten a bit more secure since those days.
