I got my first lead from ActiveRain yesterday!!! I was amazed! My Realtor friend and ActiveRain teacher, Todd Clark from Beaverton, Oregon sent me the name of a client who is moving here to Washington soon.  I was very excited and called the client immediately and found out about what she needs in her new dream home location. I look forward to helping Todd's client in the very near future.

But, even more amazing was my "Aha" moment. ActiveRain has given me several new friends all across the nation. "Aha!" I get it!! I realized that ActiveRain is all about friendships, relationships and trusting Realtors who really click with your own way of doing work.

Because of being able to access ActiveRain blogs, I was recently able to refer a client to a North Carolina Realtor couple (Brad and Angela Lawrence, North Carolina Realty) because I read through several blogs from the NC area and found them. They really "fit" my client. They were super to work with, it didn't work out in the end, but ActiveRain gave me the outlet to FIND help for my client as he moved to a strange new area.
