4.50% Mortgage Rates?

By
Mortgage and Lending with United American Mortgage

We've all heard the rumor. The big question is whether it will occur and will it only be for purchases? None of us really know. In the meantime it has piqued the interest of several of my current and past clients. Everyone wants to line up for the 4.50% 30 Year Fixed Rate loan.

We all know we need something to get the market rolling again, so the idea may just be the stimulus to get it moving.

I will keep you apprised of further developments. Let's hope Christmas comes early!

Good luck out there!

4.5% on a 30 year fixed will have the phone ringing off the hook. I recall the rates dropped ths low in 2005 too.

Dennis - That would really be great if the rates go down to 4%. I think the buyers will jump off the fence then.
