Quick history about us, we started a real estate company in 2001, we grew that company up to 8 agents and then we were approached by a representative from Realogy in 2006 (Realogy owns Coldwell Banker, Century 21 and ERA). A ERA office was very interested in acquiring our company, we were very competitive and had a chunk of the market share, bottom line we were doing very well.  After negotiations, we decided at that time it was in our best interest to be acquired.

Now 2 years has passed, we missed the ownership of having our own real estate company, so here we are again as North Carolina Homes Realty, Inc.
