Foreclosures for Maryland DC and Virginia

I think there will be more foreclosures in this coming year (2009)We will soon find out what is going to happen to nearly 8,000,000 households that are behind on their mortgages. Let me put some perpective here. .we have a little less than 2.5 million foreclosure in the whole country right now.

Do the math.

I hope that the government and the banks come up with some kind of consensus or we will have a huge mess in 2009

I see the continuation of short sales and lower interest rates for buyers as the only strong solution to this mortgage crisis.

Band-aid repairs to gashing wounds simply. .ain't working.

When the banks start selling properties in bulk at pennies to the dollar. . you will have an equity deficit on your own home that could last until 2020. . .

Strong leadership seem to be in the horizon. . let's pray it is enough!
