On Dec. 1st there were 116 homes on the market (active listings). Of these active listings the average price per square foot is $574/sf and ranging from low $203/sf to $1623/sf. The average days on the market was $275 ranging from 4 to 1290. The prices range from $529,900 to $17,900,000.
Only four new listings came on the market in November. The number of new listings year-to-date is higher at 350 from 2007 which was 279.
