Guess what Guys & Gals???? Sold a Listing today because of Active Rain & Localism. Buyer was searching the net, like most of our Buyers start off doing, came across my Listing in Localism and called me wanting to see the home. he was an out of area Buyer who knew nothing about the area at all. We met, I showed him the Home and the rest is History.... Granted there was alot of Very Hard work involved with this Deal, took almost 60 Days to get it closed... But I did it, Double Sided Deal also....

Nicole, I copy and paste the listing from the MLS, but I do it as a Client Reprt so that just Property information is available to the public, and all my listings are posted as Blogs. Its a Great Tool and it really gets mixed into the search engines.
