Giving has past, but I'm very grateful for

 another sale. The best part is that it has been

 a smooth transaction to this point. It is in a

 mobile home park and once again the

commission is not that much but everything

 helps.It seems that I have found a little market within a market. The first unit I

 listed and sold took a little longer than this

second one. But I learned a valuable lesson in both, that is if you price the property right it will sell. On

 the surface it didn't look like anyone new was interested in buying there. There were a lot of listings that

 were over a year old. The reason: priced out of the market. Because this is a 55+ community most folks

 don't have to sell. But just as soon as a unit comes on the market that is priced right it, gets snatched up faster then a salmon fish swimming past a hungry bear.

    It also helps that the park is beautiful and is located in Southern California.  When you see the park I think you'll feel my joy and also my regret of not having yet another listing in there.
