Fruitcake!

OK my dear readers, it's getting to that time of the year when we all send out our Holiday Greetings cards.

This year, even in the face of the hard economic times our country is facing, I will be sending cards to my friends, my family and my past and present clients.

This is where I need your help.

You've read my blogs, made your comments and have become friends to me throughout the year. You've learned a little about me and my sometimes irreverant ways; and I've learned about you and yours.

Despite all that, I'm asking for your input!

Which Holiday Card should I send out this year?

I'll tally up the responses and post the results in a few days. I might even send one to you...if I can afford the extra stamp!

So here they are, in all their splendor and glory. Let me know!

The fate of the holidays rest on your decision!

Oh, and about that prize thing....Yeah, that's not happening! Who can afford it this year?!!!

But since you're here, you might as well vote!!!

Happy Holidays!

Just Say Ho!

Linda - Heather was just running a bit late. So she wasn't available for the picture of my friends and me on my Christmas MeMe!!!

Cecily - Obsession? What are you talking about? Could it be the framed restraining order I have from Heather on my office wall? Could it be my blog about Heather? Could it be that everyone has an obsession and I'm just willing to share mine?!!!!!

Hi Craig,

What a great blogsite!  Cecily told me to check it out and that it is a hoot!  Cecily is always right.

All of the prospective cards have (to me anyway) a touch of Southpark to them.  I like them all but most of all it would be down to #7.  I am looking forward to reading the rest of your posts as well. Keep up the good work and wiked sense of humor amigo!

Mike - You keep reading 'em, I'll keep writing 'em! Sprinkled in with the serious stuff (market reports, listings, local news and events) are some pretty irreverent blogs. Wander around, you never know what you'll find racing around in my head!!!

Terrie - I'm shocked! You know me well enough to know that if I was going for "cheesy" I would have done a card like this one.......

Cheesy Greetings!

Just kidding!!!

Yes, I was going for cheesy!!!

And, as always, thank you for dropping on by. Your vote has been added to the tally!!!

Here's my .02 cents worth, add these slogans to your cards:

#1 - Let's Jive to the New Mortgage Rates in 2009!

#2 - The Market might be sliding, but have I got a great buy for you!

#3 - Be a"head" of the Holidays and Call me to show you that house!

#4 - I'll search high and low for the perfect home for you!

#5 - There is something 'sweet' about the home market rates today!

#6 - Discovering the North Pole for a sweet buy for your new home!

#7 - Happy Holidays from Santa's best Realtor!

I am kind of partial to the 'candy cane' (kid nickname) cards...but they are all winners!

You are so funny Craig...happy holidays to you and yours!

I'm voting for the sleigh, but only because I know you cropped it and the other half of the picture is the girl scout troop that you have your sleigh aimed at!

Candace - I like the way you think! Happy Holidays to you and yours too!

Cecily - A little too much free time on your hands last night?!!!

Elisha - They were Daisy Scouts helping old ladies, not Girl Scouts!!! Geeesh! Get your facts straight!!!

#7 Santa for sure!  I was intrigued by what kind of toys you might have in that big bag!  OH!.....closing gifts, no doubt.  Right?

Craig-My vote is for the ELF. The elf is just TOO CUTE. I like the santa and sleigh at the end too, but the dancing elf has it beat..
