My First BPO

I took my first BPO last night. I am thinking of ways to earn extra income anyway, so why not. If nothing else I will just give myself some practice for the Relocation Company my office works with. The home is big for the area and that has me a little worried about finding comps. Another issue is the fee, it is not a huge amount. If you need any short sale or foreclosure help, please do not hesitate to give me a ring.
