At a Broker Open House the Listing Agent had a fantastic answer to the question, "any buyers yet?":

"There are buyers taking aim but no one has pulled the trigger yet."

I thought this was a great response. Keeps the perspective positive and that is my goal for the remainder of 2008 and going forward in 2009.
