It is still buyer's market, turn the tables around

If you are the listing agent of a property that has been on the market for two months with no offer, and you know that a buyer had looked at your seller's property three times already, and after you check with the buyer's agent if this is a ready, willing and able buyer  and confirmed that this is a ready, willing and able buyer who is looking for a deal, shouldn't it about time you tell your seller to present an offer to this buyer, turn the tables around and it will be a win-win for everybody? your thoughts on this!

1. The buyer in your blog is not ready. Three showings and no offer means they have a problem.

2. No I wouldn't come across that way. You seem desperate.

3.You can't force Buyer's to buy and push them onto your listing.

Just my feelings that if your Seller is serious then INCREASE THE BUYER AGENT COMMISSION and if it hapopens then tall that agent.
