PRAXIS PLUS - A FREE TRAINING PROGRAM TO JUMPSTART 2009

Since July,  I have networked with other Broker/Owners, Managers and agents to discuss the challenging market conditions.  I personally met with Broker/Owners who have large offices in Nevada, Arizona and Colorado whose markets are off over 50% from last year. 

Networking events included Real Estate Connect in San Francisco, Rismedia Power Broker meeting in New York and the RE/MAX convention in Toronto. We compared notes, our experiences, and what worked in other down markets.   

I can proudly state that I had exceptional productivity in the two worst markets in the last 30 years.  The 1980-81 market of high interest rates (I sold and closed 81 homes with an average interest rate of 15.125) and in 1990-91 recession where all the major banks in our state were taken over by the FDIC. Success in these markets required a change in strategy, business focus, marketing and attitude. 

As a result of these meetings, I have developed a program to assist you in generating business today and "jump start" 2009.   The free program requires your time and a positive attitude.  We will introduce the program on Monday in my next blog. The program is a series of instructions supplemented with webinars for live interaction.  The training will include maximizing the value of tools currently available to you.
