In November five luxury homes were sold in Denver. Total number of Denver luxury homes sold year-to-date is 171 which is lower than a year ago - 195. There are 12 homes under contract (pending sales). Five of the twelve homes are located in Washington Park area.



The average sold price was $1,658,269, the average % of list price was 87.2% and the average days on market (DOM) was 253. The average Days on market was higher than it has been since May, and higher than last year at the same time.

The average price per square foot (psf) in November was $425/sf. This is the highest it has been
since January this year.




On Dec. 1st there were 357 luxury homes on the market (active listings) in Denver.
In November 19 new listings came on the market.
