Do you think anyone out of state will believe we have a street named Hoo Doo? Well, they just don't know about Oregon, do they? LOL

Fred: I know! Don't ya just love it? This street is right next to Mogul....think we have a snow theme in that neighborhood. And, you're right....the right loan would make this the perfect set-up! Ideas??

What a lovely yard and deck - looks like a great property!

It's a fabulous house and the seller is motivated! Go find me a buyer Margaret! Just kidding. The owner, a very sweet girl, shared with me that she wished she had enough money to have her home professionally staged as she knows that would make a huge difference in how quickly it sells.
