Rates dropped dramatically this week spurring refinance business and inspiring those buyers out there to move on the making a decision to purchase a home, after about 65 hours in the office this week its great to be resting up to begin the process of closing the business.
I wanted to continue to thank my many business partners here for your continued referrals that have allowed me to average more than a million a month for 2008 thanks to you I have seen business increase in this market, some of you are new business partners this year and some of you I have worked with for several years, I appreciate all of you, your trust, and your valued relationship.
In 2009 I am looking to double my production each month to increase business and allow for more clients to have the OakStar Bank Experience. We are a high volume, low cost mortgage office and we have the best team in Southwest Missouri.
Geographically I am located in Southwest Missouri but we are able to lend anywhere in the country with USDA and VA programs available in any state in the US along wtih conventional loans anywhere as well.
We were able to close a VA loan in the Dallas Ft Worth area this past week and we picked up more leads in the St Louis and Kansas City area, each time when compared to other lenders in those areas our closing costs and rates beat the competition.
