Maui Kamaole Beach is the top rated beach in Kihei, Maui.  I was having an open house in the Royal Mauian, unit #604.  I was amazed at the views from this 6th floor unit.  It was a very glassy morning and people were enjoying the beach.  Units at the Royal Mauian start at around $1,000,000, with recent sales over $1,650,000.  considering oceanfront in Wailea starts at around $2,400,000 for direct oceanfront, this is pretty reasonable.

This is also a favorite of locals in Kihei.  Our office has this amazing 2br/2ba unit for sale which I was sitting open house.
