Our pricing model is simple, and applies to all loans that we process and FUND
(Conventional, Non-Conventional, FHA, VA, Reverse, and RD loans):
You pay a loan submission fee of $25.00. If your loan is denied or withdrawn, this submission fee is credited toward your next loan you register.
We waive the submission fee on the first 5 loans you submit to us.
Once your loan is Funded, the following Processing Fee schedule applies to all loan types that we process.
· Funded First Mortgages - $395
· Concurrent Second Mortgage (same lender) - Free
· Concurrent Second Mortgage (different lender) - $100
